Why spend hours on the phone and internet on fact finding missions when you can make one call to us?

Planning a meeting, conference or incentive trip can be incredibly time-consuming. There are hundreds of hotels to contact, phone calls to return. When you receive the hotel proposals, they’re submitted in different formats, so it’s nearly impossible to compare “apples to apples.” And once you select a site, the time-consuming contract negotiation begins. The whole process can take days or weeks.

Through our travel agency, our fees are covered by the hotels and resorts where we place meetings. Your event will not incur a higher room rate or additional fees. We are completely independent and hold no affiliation with any particular brand or hotel chain. This gives our clients the best, unbiased recommendations in the industry. We travel extensively to create a more diverse and updated database, giving you the freedom to partner with any property. Remember, we work for you, not the hotels.
